Plenty of adventure awaits us before we turn grain into bread! Flail, clean and grind the grain by antient stone mill and turn it into flour.
Then make bread pancakes – children love it! And you learn the skill of making your own bread at home.

 We refreshed the forgotten tradition of weekly bread baking in an old, big wood-burning oven.
Come and experience this tradition with us!
Put bread onto shuttles, prepare the oven, then place the bread in it with an old bread shovel.
The unique fire smell of steam changing into the beautiful smell of bread, which scents the whole house and yard! And then you hold warm loaf of your first bread...
